These terms and conditions apply to the purchasing agent service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Manga Shopping Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The Service is jointly operated by Manga Shopping Group and its overseas subsidiaries. Manga Shopping Group reserves the right to modify or change the contents of this agreement at any time. We recommend that you stay informed of such modifications or changes.
Article 1 (Membership)
Members must agree to these terms and conditions and be approved by the Company for membership.
Members may not transfer or lend their membership credentials. When registering as a member of this site, users must provide their personal information in the format specified by the Company.
Users are considered to have the responsibility and obligation to accurately input all information without false reporting or omissions. Each member may only have one account with the Company; multiple accounts per member are prohibited. If it is determined that a member holds multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to suspend service and deactivate the accounts without being held responsible for any losses incurred by the member as a result of this action.

Article 3 (Application for membership)

Article 4 (Member ID and Password Management)
1. After registering and becoming a member, the member shall be responsible for managing the member ID and password granted by the Company.
2. Members are prohibited from giving their member ID and password to third parties for use, or lending, transferring, selling, or pledging them to third parties.
3. Any damages resulting from improper management, misuse, or unauthorized use by third parties of the member ID and password shall be the responsibility of the member. The Company shall not be held liable for any such damages. Furthermore, any use of the Service through the member ID and password shall be deemed as actions taken by the member themselves, and the member shall bear all related responsibilities for such use.
4. If a member's ID or password becomes known to a third party, or if there is suspicion of unauthorized use by a third party, the member must immediately report this to the Company. If the Company suffers any losses due to improper use of the member ID and password, the member shall compensate the Company for such losses.
5. Members are obligated to change their passwords regularly. The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to failure to fulfill this obligation.
Article 5 (Suspension/Cancellation of Membership)
The Company may, without prior notice, suspend services to a member or terminate their membership if any of the following situations are confirmed to have occurred. The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the affected member as a result of these measures:
1. When usage fees stipulated by the Company are not paid by the specified date.
2. When the member themselves or a third party improperly uses ID information or similar credentials.
3. When a refund is requested or a chargeback is initiated through a payment intermediary company or credit card company.
4. When the website's services are used for illegal activities.
5. When the terms of service of this website are violated.
6. When Japanese laws and regulations are violated.
Article 6 (Service Content)
Service Provided: Upon member request, we offer a proxy purchasing service for goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "items") from designated online shopping websites, online auction sites, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "sellers") within Japan and the United States, and deliver these items to the address registered by the member.
The Company is not responsible for any losses or liabilities arising from issues beyond our control, such as discrepancies between received items and expectations (including counterfeits, mistaken purchases, wrong deliveries), or malfunctions of mechanical items that are not related to the transaction or packaging.
The order processing department operates from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Japan time. Members can make purchases outside these hours.
The receiving and shipping center operates as follows:

Members can submit proxy purchase orders or participate in proxy bidding outside of order processing center hours, but customer service is only available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Japan time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Issues requiring customer service intervention will only be addressed during business hours.
The Company is only responsible for the purchase and delivery of items. We are not liable for any costs or losses related to the content, quality of items, or customs procedures and duties.
In addition to service fees, members are obligated to pay any customs duties required by their country or region if customs clearance is necessary. The Company does not participate in or assist with customs clearance or declaration procedures. It is assumed that members have confirmed relevant procedures in advance and will complete import/export procedures independently according to regulations.
The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from members' negligence regarding customs clearance or declaration, nor do we accept requests for returns or refunds due to such issues. If customs or declaration problems jeopardize the Company's position or cause losses, the member is responsible for resulting issues and compensation. Furthermore, if customs procedures or duties are required after item purchase, it is assumed that members will handle these procedures with local relevant authorities independently.
Article 7 (Prohibited items)
1. Cash, checks, bills, stocks, or other securities.
2. Credit cards, bank cards, and other card types.
3. Bank passbooks or ATM cards from financial institutions.
4. Live animals and plants, or animal specimens.
5. Human bodies, body parts, remains, bones, or memorial tablets.
6. Beverages, food, or other perishable items.
7. Stimulants, cannabis, narcotics, psychotropic substances, and other prohibited drugs.
8. Firearms, swords, weapons, munitions, gunpowder, explosives, poisons, or caustic chemicals.
9. Lithium-based electronic products.
10. Pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
11. Items obtained through illegitimate methods or means.
12. Items prohibited or restricted for shipping, export, or import by national, state, or local government laws and regulations of countries involved in the shipping process.
13. Any other items not approved under the terms and conditions of shipping carriers.

Article 9 (Packaging and Delivery)
All items ordered by members must be received by the Company's receiving and shipping center. The international shipping methods provided by our outsourced logistics companies for this service are as follows:

These Terms of Service and all individual provisions on this website are interpreted and customized in accordance with the laws of Japan and are not affected by the laws of other countries.
If these Terms of Service and individual clauses involve litigation, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of first instance.
