In exceptional cases of force majeure, cancellation is only permitted after review and approval by MANGA, and with the seller’s consent. Members acknowledge and agree that MANGA cannot guarantee the seller will approve a cancellation request.

7-2. [Cancellation Fees under Force Majeure Exceptions]
Cancellations or returns for winning bids or already-paid orders are subject to the seller’s individual terms and conditions.
If the seller agrees to cancel or accept a return, the fees will be applied according to MANGA’s published "Charges and Fees".
If the seller refuses future business with MANGA as a result of the cancellation, the member shall compensate MANGA for any expected profit loss calculated based on historical transaction data.

7-3. [Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints]
(Including damaged items, defective products, or missing items)
Requests for return, exchange, or complaints will only be accepted within 7 days of the product being delivered to the specified delivery address and only if the member contacts MANGA customer support.
If after review, it is determined that neither MANGA nor the member is at fault, MANGA may assist in negotiating with the seller on behalf of the member regarding the return or exchange.
However, if the seller has clearly stated in the product page, profile, or transaction terms that returns, exchanges, complaints, or return shipping will not be accepted, MANGA holds no obligation to engage in negotiations.
Even if the seller has not explicitly refused returns or exchanges, if they reject the request during negotiation, MANGA will not make further attempts or follow-up negotiations.
Members are considered to have carefully reviewed and agreed to all content and purchase conditions listed on the seller’s page and to have fully understood these conditions before placing a bid or purchase.
If the issue is not attributable to MANGA or the seller, members may not apply for refunds or chargebacks through payment agencies or credit card companies for personal reasons.

8-1. Members shall not allow others to use their account or transfer it to others.

8-2. MANGA reserves the final right to determine whether a member’s behavior complies with the membership rules. If a member violates these rules or any applicable laws, MANGA may at any time suspend or delete the member’s account and restrict their use of MANGA.

8-3. Members shall bear legal responsibility for any violations of law.

If MANGA finds that a membership applicant meets any of the following conditions, it may reject the application or revoke membership even after approval:

• The applicant is a minor and has not obtained guardian consent;
• The applicant was previously disqualified due to a violation of these terms;
• The applicant submitted false, incorrect, or incomplete information during application;
• The applicant has outstanding debts owed to MANGA;
• The applicant has disrupted MANGA or its partners' services; Any other condition that MANGA deems inappropriate for membership.

8-4. Prohibited Conduct and Account Measures

• When using or accessing MANGA services, you agree to comply with this User Agreement, relevant policies, and all applicable laws, and not to engage in any of the following:
• Violate or circumvent any laws, regulations, third-party rights, or interfere with MANGA's systems, services, policies, or account management;
• Use the service without legal contractual capacity (e.g., under 18), or if temporarily or permanently banned from using MANGA;
• Fail to pay for purchased goods without valid reason (e.g., major changes in item description);
• Share login credentials with others. If authorized third parties (such as employees or agents) need access, they must use MANGA’s multi-account management system;
• Participate in gambling or other illegal activities;
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or infringing content;
• Send spam, unauthorized bulk messages, chain letters, or marketing information;
• Distribute viruses or harmful technologies that may damage MANGA or its members;
• Use robots, crawlers, or automated tools to access the service without MANGA’s consent;
• Bypass security protections or interfere with the service’s infrastructure (e.g., by imposing unreasonable load);
• Violate export control laws or regulations;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of MANGA or third parties, including but not limited to: reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of content;
• Post content that does not belong to you or infringes the rights of others;
• Copy, reproduce, or use MANGA’s applications, data, or software without authorization;
• Collect or use other members’ personal information without consent.

If we believe you have violated this User Agreement or any of our policies, or misused our services in any way, we may, at our sole discretion and without limiting other remedies, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and access to our services, delay or remove hosted content, remove any special status associated with your account, hide or demote your listings and information.
We may provide a mechanism for users to report violations, which we may review and process in one or more ways, as we deem appropriate.

Personal data provided by members during registration and use of MANGA services will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

MANGA uses members’ personal data for the following purposes:

• Member management;
• Sale or provision of MANGA’s or third parties’ products, rights, digital content, services, and financial products;
• Promotional events, sweepstakes, and surveys;
• Sending necessary notifications (including emails);
• Advertising and sales promotion (including emails);
• Sending newsletters;
• Packaging and delivery of goods;
• Billing and payment processing;
• Publishing member-submitted content;

• Market analysis and development of new services;

Members agree that MANGA and its affiliated companies may use personal data within the scope of the above purposes.

10-1. Members may withdraw their membership following MANGA’s prescribed procedures.

10-2. In the event of a member’s death, MANGA will consider the membership automatically terminated at the time of death and will disable the member’s account and password.

10-3. Suspension and Termination of Membership. MANGA may suspend or terminate membership without prior notice or warning.
Temporary suspension of account use may occur under the following conditions:

• Failure to pay fees within the designated period;
• Password entered incorrectly exceeding system security limits;
• Long-term inactivity or non-use of services.
• Improper use of the account or allowing third parties to use the account, password, or services;
• Violation of these Terms or other individual terms;
• Court-ordered seizure, provisional seizure, provisional disposition, compulsory execution, bankruptcy, civil rehabilitation, or related legal procedures requested by or against the member;
• Other circumstances where MANGA determines that the member is unsuitable to continue using the services, resulting in temporary or permanent restrictions on account use.
• When court or authorities request enforcement or bankruptcy procedures, or when members themselves request such procedures;
• Exceeding the allowed number of consecutive incorrect password attempts;
• Violation of relevant Japanese laws or engaging in illegal activities using the services.

10-4. Service Suspension and Changes
MANGA may suspend or discontinue services without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• During system or equipment maintenance, servicing, or updates;
• In case of sudden equipment failure;
• When services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters;

11-1. Proxy purchasing services are available only to MANGA members. MANGA provides services to assist members in purchasing goods from auctions, marketplace platforms, or other e-commerce websites within Japan (hereinafter referred to as "Sellers or Operators") and delivering those goods to the members.

11-2. MANGA shall not be liable for compensation regarding customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during customs declaration or clearance.

11-3. MANGA assists members in customs declaration and delivery under the member’s name but assumes no risk regarding sellers' failure to ship, product quality, or authenticity.

11-4. MANGA is not the seller of the goods and makes no warranty, endorsement, or inspection regarding the authenticity, quality, function, or fulfillment of the goods.

11-5. In cases of seller non-performance, online fraud, or product defects, MANGA only assists in negotiation and does not bear litigation costs or any compensation liability.

11-6. MANGA does not provide after-sales repair services. All risks associated with buying and selling are borne by the members.

11-7. This service is limited to personal use by members and does not cover other personal buying and selling activities.

11-8. The applicable sellers, carriers, types, sizes, amounts, and delivery conditions are limited to those defined by MANGA.

11-9. All proxy purchasing requests must be confirmed and approved by MANGA before becoming valid. MANGA reserves the right to accept or reject any such requests.

11-10. Unless approved by MANGA, members may not cancel proxy purchase requests even if the contract is not yet finalized.

11-11. Orders or combined discounts from other websites do not apply to MANGA’s shopping rules.

11-12. Any bonus points or rewards received from sellers or operators during purchase belong to MANGA.

11-13. Members are responsible for costs related to proxy purchasing and delivery, including but not limited to: Shipping Fee (JP) from sellers or operators to MANGA; Bank Transfer Fee(JP) and other related charges; Tax (JP), international shipping fees, customs duties, and clearance service fees.

11-14. MANGA will choose delivery and payment methods based on website content, prioritizing the lowest handling fees; members agree to this arrangement.

11-15. Members shall pay proxy purchase fees according to the prices announced by MANGA. MANGA may adjust fees without prior notice.

11-16. If proxy purchased items are out of stock or unavailable, MANGA will calculate and charge the difference based on actual amounts.

11-17. For auction items, if the final winning bid exceeds the stated limit on the service page, members must pay the actual winning bid amount.

11-18. Members must pay for items within the specified methods and deadlines set by MANGA.

11-19. If payment is overdue, MANGA reserves the right to charge a late payment interest at an annual rate of 14.6%.

11-20. Members may not transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of rights and obligations arising from contracts with MANGA without permission.

11-21. If members fail to pay within deadlines, MANGA may terminate the contract without notice and claim damages.

11-22. Even if a contract is established, MANGA may cancel it without notice upon violation of any terms.

11-23. Upon contract cancellation, MANGA is not obligated to refund any fees collected.

11-24. If members refuse delivery of goods, MANGA may decide to sell, return, discard, or otherwise handle the goods; members have no right to object.

11-25. When members request to purchase or bid on the following types of goods, they agree that MANGA may refuse to provide services, and MANGA assumes no liability for losses due to failed transactions. Members must compensate MANGA for losses caused by their actions:

• Sellers with poor reputation or high risk as determined by MANGA;
• Sellers refusing to transact with certain buyer types;
• Buyers with cancellation records;
• Sellers restricting shipping methods or regions (e.g., unable to ship to Tokyo);
• Members with past transaction cancellations;
• Additional restrictions specified by sellers;
• Transactions failing due to seller reasons.

12-1. MANGA charges service fees to sellers and may charge members for additional services (e.g., certification, storage).

12-2. Members shall bear proxy purchase fees, Shipping Fee (JP), handling fees, tax (JP), international shipping fees, customs clearance fees, and all related expenses.

12-3. All contracts for purchasing goods are established when members complete payment or win bids. However, MANGA reserves the right to refuse proxy purchasing, bidding, or international shipping services for inappropriate goods (see Article 11).

12-4. MANGA shall determine the appropriateness of purchase or delivery based on service terms, laws, public order, and morals.

12-5. In case of significant price errors due to system issues, MANGA reserves the right to cancel orders.

12-6. All proxy purchases and bids are made in MANGA's name; members must not contact sellers directly. If identity confirmation is required for a product, members should confirm applicability before purchase, or bear any resulting risks and losses.

12-7. If products include printing, engraving, or marking with the purchaser's name, unless sellers allow changing the name, members agree that such services will be processed under MANGA's name or are deemed waived.

12-8. Auction bidding is based on the member's set maximum bid and does not guarantee winning. Members should set sufficient bid amounts.

12-9. In JDirectItems Auction, if a member becomes the highest bidder again after being outbid and wins, the member must purchase and reply within 3 days upon notification. Failure to respond or any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee, treated as a handling charge. The specific fee amount shall be defined in accordance with the MANGA Service Information.

12-10. If payment is not completed within 48 hours after winning an auction, bidding privileges may be restricted.

12-11. Members must provide accurate product information (name, quantity, images, URLs, etc.). If remarks conflict with the content, MANGA will follow the remarks and is not responsible for any losses caused by erroneous or ambiguous data.

12-12. Members must proactively notify MANGA before purchasing special condition products; otherwise, losses are borne by members and members are liable for any losses or liabilities incurred by MANGA. These products include:

• Goods with purchase or bid quantity limits;
• Products requiring prior contact with sellers;
• Products requiring payment within 24 hours.
• MANGA reserves the right to refuse the following transactions and is not responsible for any losses due to failure to purchase; members shall bear related damage liabilities:
• Sellers with poor reputation or judged high risk by MANGA;
• Sellers refusing transactions with specific buyers;
• Sellers not accepting buyers with cancellation records or restricting delivery locations;
• Goods not deliverable to Oregon, USA;
• Transaction cancellations due to seller reasons.
• For lithium battery products, members must confirm compliance with export regulations and notify MANGA in advance. MANGA may open packages to check installation; violations may lead to return shipment at the member’s cost and risk.
• Proxy purchase or bidding for intangible goods (e.g., serial numbers, virtual currency, electronic tickets) is not accepted. Cancellation and refunds are generally not allowed for mistaken purchases.
• Products requiring reviews for discounts or rewards are excluded from this service.
• Bonuses or discounts provided by sellers belong to MANGA. Store discount codes must be noted when ordering; otherwise, they are not applicable.

12-13. Sending valuables via Japan Post (EMS, air mail, SAL, etc.) is strictly prohibited; members bear return shipment and loss costs if violated. Prohibited items include:

• Cash, coins, bills;
• Securities, traveler's checks;
• Precious metals such as platinum, gold, silver, pearls, gemstones.
• If MANGA uses backup accounts to process orders, members should understand domestic shipping fees may not be consolidated.
• If multiple members bid on the same product, MANGA will prioritize the higher bidder.
• Alcohol products with any alcohol concentration above 40% are prohibited from delivery to Japan and the United States; members must confirm relevant import regulations.

13-1. Definition and Restrictions on International Prohibited Items
Under the MANGA service, items or their components listed as prohibited under Japanese law (hereinafter referred to as "International Prohibited Items") may not be purchased by members intending to ship outside Japan.
Under the MANGA service, items or their components listed as prohibited under U.S. law may not be purchased by members intending to ship outside the United States.

13-2. Consequences of Violations
If a member violates the prohibited items regulations by purchasing International Prohibited Items, MANGA reserves the right to cancel the order and may suspend the member’s account depending on circumstances, without assuming any related loss or liability. The member shall bear full compensation responsibility for any damages caused to MANGA.

13-3. Notices and Scope of Responsibility
Some items may display prohibition notices on the site and restrict proxy purchase/bidding functions. Items with such notices may not be covered under purchase protection plans.
Absence of a notice does not guarantee the item is not prohibited. Members should verify import/export regulations of the destination country/region before ordering.
MANGA assumes no responsibility or liability for losses if items without a prohibition notice cannot be shipped overseas.
MANGA has no obligation to verify import/export regulations for members; members should confirm legal requirements of the destination country or region prior to bidding or purchasing.

13-4. Shipping Address and Delivery Settings
When using the MANGA service, some items may be shipped to domestic Japanese addresses. Members must verify whether the item can be delivered to the specified Japanese address and input delivery settings accurately.

13-5. Responsibility for Shipping Prohibited Items and Subsequent Handling
If an item is determined to be a prohibited item after shipment, members shall bear all fees incurred by carriers for handling. If transport causes accidents or damages to third parties, members shall bear all legal and compensation liabilities.
If members request MANGA to handle disposal of prohibited items, members must pay disposal and any necessary repackaging fees.

14-1. After member’s products arrive at the MANGA warehouse, MANGA provides free storage for up to 60 days.

14-2. MANGA’s temporary storage service is provided for the convenience of members and is not a warehousing business; storage fees will be charged for periods exceeding 60 days, with billing details described in the service information.

14-3. Starting from the 30th day after arrival, MANGA no longer assumes any responsibility for the stored products.

14-4. From the 60th day onward, MANGA has the right to restrict all transaction functions of the member’s account until the products are exported or picked up. Any costs or losses incurred during the restriction period may be claimed from the member.

14-5. MANGA will notify members of product arrival dates via SMS and email. If the member does not complete product pickup within the designated period, it will be considered as abandonment of ownership, and MANGA reserves the right to dispose of the product and seek compensation for related losses from the member.

14-6.【Sanctions and Export Restrictions】
Members who are subject to U.S. sanctions or whose country/region government enforces related sanctions under U.S. law are prohibited from using MANGA’s services.

14-7.【Product Inspection and Shipping】

• After products arrive at the MANGA warehouse, MANGA may inspect them to verify contents and, if necessary, replace or supplement packaging materials.
• MANGA is under no obligation to perform inspections, and inspection results do not guarantee product quality, authenticity, condition, or compliance with import/export regulations.
• All products must be received and inspected by MANGA before further shipping; direct shipment by sellers or operators to overseas or other domestic addresses in Japan is not accepted.
• MANGA’s inspection primarily verifies whether there is a clear discrepancy between the product and the original product description provided by the seller; automatic translation contents are excluded.

14-8. MANGA generally does not provide the following inspection services:

• Items not listed in the product description
• Brand authenticity verification
• Detailed inspection of contents exceeding 25 items
• Disassembly, assembly, opening, or breaking seals
• Operational testing or data content verification (e.g., electronics, CDs)
• If during inspection MANGA suspects the product violates laws related to crime proceeds control, MANGA may report to the police or relevant authorities and take appropriate action.
• Except for damages caused by MANGA’s own responsibility, MANGA is not liable for losses resulting from inspection operations.
• After confirmation, MANGA will handle shipping and export procedures on behalf of the member. Delivery addresses are limited to those approved by MANGA overseas or within Japan.
• Shipping method, freight, and related handling fees will be determined and set by MANGA based on actual product weight, volume, and other conditions; members may not specify shipping methods, dates, or times.
• Export-related information (e.g., product name, price, quantity, customs duty) must be provided accurately by the member; MANGA is not responsible for inaccuracies.

15-1. When disputes arise between buyers and sellers, MANGA may, based on user history and specific circumstances, discretionarily handle the case and decide whether to flexibly enforce relevant policies to protect the interests of both parties.

15-2. The foregoing does not limit MANGA’s right to refuse, modify, or terminate provision of part or all services to anyone, or to terminate the agreement with anyone, at its sole discretion and for any reason.

15-3. If MANGA determines that a member has violated the explicit terms or spirit of this agreement, MANGA may terminate the member’s account, password, or service usage at any time, delete all content uploaded by the member, and does not need to provide prior notice.

15-4. MANGA has the right to close accounts, delete all data and files within the account, and suspend the member’s use of the service, and shall not be liable for any losses resulting therefrom.

15-5.【Order Cancellation and Contract Termination】
After the member submits a proxy purchase application, MANGA proceeds to purchase from the seller or operator per the member’s request. Unless MANGA agrees, the member shall not unilaterally cancel the application or contract.

15-6. MANGA may cancel the order under the following circumstances:

• The seller or operator actively requests contract cancellation;
• The product has not been received within 30 days from the order date (excluding pre-orders or products with extended shipping times explicitly noted).

15-7. Circumstances for Refusal of Service

• MANGA may refuse to provide service, or suspend processing even if the order was initially accepted, for the following reasons:
• The product is a prohibited item or violates the scope listed in Article 11;
• Unable to verify the member’s location or delivery address;
• The carrier refuses to ship the product;
• The product is seized by customs or prohibited from import;
• The member refuses to pay fees;
• There is a clear error in product price or sales terms;
• The product is difficult to obtain;
• The member fails to pay within the specified period;
• The member fails to pick up the product within the specified period;
• The member violates the service terms;
• Other inappropriate circumstances as determined by MANGA.

15-8. Handling of Undeliverable Products

• If the product meets any of the refusal-of-service conditions described above (except for items (1) and (8)), MANGA may sell, discard, return to the seller, or otherwise dispose of the product.
• MANGA will store the product for 30 days from arrival. During this period, if the member remedies the relevant issue, they may instruct MANGA to ship or otherwise handle the product.
• If the member fails to resolve the issue within the time limit and applies for disposition, MANGA may sell or otherwise handle the product.
• Losses arising from product handling shall be borne solely by the member; MANGA assumes no liability for compensation.
• MANGA may proceed according to procedures under civil enforcement law.

15-9. Service Changes and Termination
MANGA may change or terminate all or part of the service at any time without prior notice.
MANGA shall not be liable for any losses resulting therefrom.

16-1. Members shall not engage in the following acts, or acts reasonably suspected thereof, when using MANGA services:

• Using the service for improper purposes
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights of MANGA or third parties
• Acts related to fraud, crime, or illegal activities
• Using the service by impersonating another person
• Improper use or interference with the equipment or operation of MANGA or third parties
• Acts violating laws, service terms, or public order and morals
• Acts obstructing the operation of this service
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by MANGA
• If a member violates these terms or individual provisions causing damage to MANGA, MANGA may claim compensation for damages from the member.

16-2. Suspension and Termination of Membership

• If MANGA determines any of the following applies to a member, it may suspend services or revoke membership without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting losses:
• Failure to pay usage fees within the specified period
• Providing account, password, or personal information to third parties for improper use
• Chargebacks or payment refusals
• Engaging in illegal acts via this service
• Violations of these terms or relevant Japanese laws
• Receiving administrative penalties from government authorities
• Suspected association with anti-social forces
• Password entered incorrectly exceeding system limits
• Prolonged inactivity or failure to log in
• Other situations deemed unsuitable by MANGA

16-3. Details of Prohibited Acts
In addition to the above, members shall not engage in the following acts or cause similar consequences when using this service:

• Purchasing prohibited items
• Colluding with sellers to commit fraud
• Using forged, altered, invalid, or unverifiable credit card information
• Using the service for improper purposes
• Violating these terms or public order and morals
• Damaging the reputation or rights of MANGA, sellers, or third parties
• Privately contacting sellers to request returns, refunds, repairs, or other handling
• Requesting refunds from credit card companies or third-party payment providers after ordering
• Participating in or encouraging criminal acts
• Violating Japanese laws, laws of the member’s country, or international regulations
• Ordering goods that require submission of documents but failing to provide them
• Ordering items for military purposes
• Maliciously interfering with MANGA, the service, or seller websites
• Making unreasonable demands beyond the scope of the terms or legal liability
• Harassing other members, sellers, or third parties
• Providing false information
• Uploading or transmitting harmful programs, viruses, or codes
• Illegally intruding into MANGA systems or equipment
• Indirectly engaging in the above acts through third parties

16-4. Members shall bear full responsibility and any damages or liabilities arising from violations of this article. MANGA assumes no obligation for compensation or indemnification.

16-5. Changes and Termination of Service Content
MANGA reserves the right to change or terminate all or part of the service content at any time without prior notice. MANGA shall not be liable for any losses resulting therefrom.

The interpretation and application of these Membership Terms, as well as the rights and obligations arising between the member and MANGA from the use of this service, shall be governed by Japanese law.

Any disputes arising therefrom, unless otherwise stipulated by law, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

18-1. ANGA reserves the right to add, adjust, modify, or delete all or part of the service content and pricing at any time without prior or individual notice to members. Members shall not claim any compensation or damages from MANGA as a result.

18-2. MANGA has the right, at its discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate the usage rights of any member account that violates these terms or related regulations, and shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused thereby.

18-3. In the event of a pricing error on products, MANGA reserves the right to cancel the transaction without any liability.

18-4. Members agree not to assert any rights or claims for compensation against MANGA for any trouble, inconvenience, or damages caused by service changes, termination, or account suspension.

19-1. The member declares and guarantees that, from the date this agreement is established, they have never belonged and will not belong in the future to any of the following categories of anti-social forces:

• Organized crime groups (Boryokudan)
• Members of organized crime groups
• Quasi-organized crime group members
• Corporations or organizations affiliated with organized crime groups
• Groups that use social movements or political activities as a pretext to conduct threats or illegal activities (including Sōkaiya, special intelligence-type violent groups, etc.)
• Individuals or organizations having social or economic ties with any of the above members

19-2. The member promises not to engage, in their own name or through a third party, in any of the following acts:

• Acts of violence, threats, or intimidation
• Unjust demands exceeding legal responsibility
• False statements, defamation, or interference with business during transactions
• Other acts related to anti-social forces

19-3. If MANGA discovers that the member violates any of the above guarantees or promises, or that such declarations are false, MANGA may terminate all contracts and service relationships with the member without prior notice and shall bear no liability for compensation.

If the member violates any laws or any provision of these regulations, causing damages or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in handling civil, criminal, or administrative proceedings) to MANGA, its affiliates, employees, agents, or contractors, the member shall be fully liable for compensation unless otherwise stipulated by law.

"To protect consumer rights and comply with relevant laws and regulations, our platform establishes the following purchase and usage rules for certain specified product categories (such as adult products, adult videos, tobacco and alcohol, or other products marked as 18+). Please read carefully:

21-1. Purchase Eligibility

• Only adults aged 18 years or older are permitted to purchase and use 18+ products sold on this platform.
• Persons under 18 years old may only browse related product information accompanied by and with the consent of a guardian or legal representative, and may not place orders or complete purchases on their own.

21-2. Age Verification

• To ensure transaction security and legal compliance, the platform may require submission of age or identity verification documents during member registration or the shopping process.
• If you fail to verify that you are 18 years or older, you will not be allowed to purchase any products marked 18+.

21-3. Legal Responsibility

• Purchasers must ensure they comply with local laws regarding 18+ products. The platform is not responsible for any legal liabilities arising from violations of local laws.
• If it is found that a minor used an adult’s information to purchase 18+ products, the platform reserves the right to cancel the order and permanently suspend the relevant account.

21-4. Other Regulations

• The platform reserves the right to modify the 18+ service rules and require additional proof documents at any time.
• If you have any questions about the 18+ product purchase process, please contact customer service for assistance.
• By agreeing to these service terms, you confirm your acceptance of these purchase rules.

Both parties agree that this Terms of Use shall be governed by the English language. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and versions in other languages, the English version shall prevail.

23-1. These terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Software Terms") apply to any software related to the use of MANGA services, including updates, upgrades, and related documentation (collectively referred to as the "MANGA Software").

23-2. Use Restrictions
You may only use the MANGA Software within the scope authorized by these terms and the related service terms, exclusively for MANGA services. You shall not merge, recompile, modify, derive, distribute, transfer, or sublicense all or part of the MANGA Software. The MANGA Software is owned by MANGA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

23-3. Third-Party Services
When using the MANGA Software, you may simultaneously use third-party services (such as wireless carriers or mobile app providers), which may be subject to the third parties’ terms, policies, and fees.

23-4. Prohibition of Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, obtaining source code, models or parameters, or bypassing security mechanisms of the MANGA Software is strictly prohibited.

23-5. Software Updates
MANGA may provide automatic or manual updates to the MANGA Software at any time without prior notice.

24-1. MANGA provides purchasing agent or bidding agent services for members, solely assisting with purchasing designated products upon member request. The actual sales and fulfillment responsibilities lie with the third-party sellers or merchants.

24-2. If products are nonconforming or defective, MANGA will make efforts to assist members in coordinating returns or exchanges with sellers. However, since sellers may be unaware that products will be shipped overseas, members shall bear the following costs if returns are required: International round-trip shipping fees, local overseas round-trip shipping fees, domestic courier fees.

24-3. If orders are canceled due to seller factors (such as out-of-stock or refusal to transact), third-party platform regulations, or other force majeure reasons, MANGA will only refund the product amount according to platform rules and shall not bear any fulfillment liability.

24-4. MANGA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate member requests based on violation of platform rules, transaction records, risk assessment, or other considerations, and retains final decision authority.

24-5. Proxy Program Usage Rules
If members use, activate, or authorize proxy programs (software or services) to access, use, or interact with MANGA services, this section “Proxy Terms” applies.
Definition: “Proxy” refers to any autonomous or semi-autonomous program or service acting on behalf of the user or performing operations according to user instructions.

24-6. Transparency and Restrictions:
Proxy programs must not conceal their identity and must clearly indicate their source. If MANGA explicitly prohibits access by specific proxies, those proxies are not allowed to access or use the services. MANGA may take technical measures to restrict proxy access or use of the service as deemed appropriate.

24-7. Technical Requirements: Proxy programs must:

• Disclose their origin in HTTP/HTTPS requests by specifying in the User-Agent string in the format Agent/[ProxyName] (e.g., Agent/MangaAgent);
• Not simulate human operations (such as mimicking clicks, browsing, bypassing CAPTCHAs) or obfuscate their origin;
• Truthfully respond to any prompts used to determine whether the operator is human or a program;
• Not circumvent or disable any technical or security controls governing proxy connections.

When you use MANGA services to purchase products, you agree to the platform’s buyer rules and related policies, and acknowledge the following:

25-1. Obligation to Verify Information
You should thoroughly read and confirm the product listing details before bidding, quoting, purchasing, or committing to purchase.

25-2. Contract Formation
A legally binding purchase contract between you and the seller is established once you complete an order, commit to purchase, have a bid accepted, win an auction, or otherwise confirm the purchase, regardless of whether payment is completed or the product is received. If the transaction terms specify that the contract is only formed upon payment completion, that provision shall prevail.

25-3. Ownership
MANGA is not responsible for the transfer of ownership of the products; legal ownership of the products is not transferred from MANGA to the buyer.

26-1. Contact Authorization
MANGA may contact you using any phone number you provide through automated dialing, prerecorded voice messages, or SMS for the following purposes:

• Account notifications
• Account issue handling
• Dispute resolution
• Debt collection
• Surveys or questionnaires
• Account security or user protection needs

26-2. With your consent, MANGA may also contact you for marketing purposes (such as promotions and offers) using these communication methods. Such contact will comply with the User Privacy Statement.

26-3. MANGA may collect additional contact numbers from you and may call these numbers with non-marketing calls (including landlines and mobile phones). Standard call or SMS charges may apply based on your telecommunications plan.

26-4. You can change your marketing message preferences via “Communication Preferences” or opt-out of specific SMS marketing by replying “STOP.”

26-5. Authorized Third-Party Contact
MANGA may provide your phone number to authorized third-party service providers who may contact you on behalf of MANGA for the purposes listed above, possibly using automated dialing or prerecorded voice messages.

26-6. Call Recording and Monitoring
For quality management, internal training, or self-protection purposes, MANGA may monitor or record calls between you (or your representatives) and MANGA or its agents without further notice.

26-7. Message Analysis and Storage
MANGA’s automated systems scan and analyze message content sent via the platform (including chat, email, etc.) for the following purposes:

• Detecting and preventing fraud or violations of user agreements and policies
• Improving and optimizing our service quality

26-8. Such analysis may lead to manual review, message delays or suspension, and may occur before, during, or after message transmission or while stored. MANGA may also retain message content for future analysis.

26-9. User Information and Marketing Regulations

• If MANGA provides you with information about other users, you may only use such information for the original intended purpose and must not disclose, distribute, or use it for purposes unrelated to this platform.
• If you send marketing messages to other users, it must comply with applicable laws, be sent only to recipients who have consented to receive them, and be conducted via MANGA’s services.

27-1. General Provisions
By using this service to purchase products, you agree to comply with the platform’s payment terms and policies.
You must provide accurate and valid payment information and authorize MANGA or its payment service providers to charge the relevant fees (including product price, service fees, compensation fees, etc.) to the chosen payment method. In case of payment failure, refund, or chargeback, MANGA may re-authorize charges as necessary.

27-2. Payment Methods

27-3. Payment Stages

27-4. Deposits and Payment Restrictions
For auction items exceeding the deposit-free threshold, only deposits or MANGA points can be used; credit cards or PayPal cannot be used.
Unused deposits will be automatically settled after 20 days; used deposits will be settled after 3 days.
If a member delays payment, MANGA reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the deposit.

27-5. Special Handling Fees
If the seller only accepts convenience store or post office remittance, or if product delivery is specified for convenience store pickup, an additional special handling fee will apply. The applicable fee shall be determined in accordance with the MANGA Charges and fees.

27-6. Payment Deadline and Product Handling
"Shipping Payment" must be completed within 30 days from notification. If overdue, MANGA reserves the right to dispose of (sell or discard) the product and bears no responsibility for related losses.

27-7. Refunds and Compensation
If confirmed due to MANGA’s error causing mistaken purchase, payments from Item Payment & Shipping Payment will be refunded. If the product has shipped, return shipping fees will be refunded in MANGA points.
If member losses exceed refund amount, compensation only applies up to the limit and only if confirmed as MANGA’s fault.

27-8. Exchange Rates and Fees
Differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations or refund processing fees are borne by the member.
MANGA is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

27-9. Other Terms

• Costs arising from product disposal or repackaging must be borne by the member.
• If members wish to change delivery settings, Repackaging Fee apply.

27-10. According to Service Term Article 5, even if member accounts are suspended, payment obligations for existing orders remain.

27-11. Payment proofs or receipts provided by sellers are for internal records only and will not be separately provided.

28-1. Unless otherwise specified in this User Agreement, if any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

28-2. Assignment and Notice
MANGA reserves the right to assign this User Agreement at its sole discretion. Notice of such assignment will be published on the official website (www.manga.shopping or other designated pages).

28-3. Headings and Enforcement Rights
Headings in these terms are for reference only and do not limit the interpretation of the provisions. Failure by MANGA to act promptly on any breach does not constitute a waiver of rights to enforce against future or similar breaches. MANGA does not guarantee action on all violations.

28-4. Amendments and Acceptance
MANGA may modify this User Agreement at any time, including adding, deleting, or revising terms. Notice of amendments will be provided 30 days in advance on the platform website, member center, or via email. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised terms. When necessary, explicit consent may be requested via click agreement.

28-5. Unless you have a separate written agreement with an authorized MANGA representative, you may not modify this User Agreement.

28-6. Termination Rights
MANGA has the right to terminate all or part of member services at any time for any reason upon notice, without liability for compensation.

28-7. Policy Changes and Effective Date
Policies and terms announced on the platform may be updated from time to time and take effect upon publication. Members are responsible for reviewing the latest version.

28-8. Corporate User Declaration
If you register or use an account on behalf of a corporation, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept this User Agreement on behalf of that corporation, and that ownership and usage rights of the account belong to that corporation.
This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship.

28-9. Entire Agreement
This User Agreement together with all additional terms and policies published on the platform constitute the entire agreement between you and MANGA and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

28-10. Terms Surviving Termination

28-11. After termination of the Agreement, the following terms shall remain binding: fees and taxes, content, account restrictions, additional terms, payment services, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution clauses, and these general provisions.

These terms apply to all payment services you use or receive through MANGA’s designated payment service providers (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

29-1. Description of Payment Services
You agree to authorize us to receive and process transaction payments made via the MANGA platform on your behalf and assist in completing payment settlements (collectively referred to as “escrow payments” or “payment services”).

29-2. Buyers may pay for goods using the following methods, which may vary depending on region or user status:
Credit or debit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
PayPal
Coupons, gift cards (if applicable)

29-3. MANGA stored account funds applicable in designated regions (limited to certain sellers in the U.S.)

29-4. We reserve the right to adjust the above payment methods at any time.

29-5. Contractual Relationship
The purchase contract is directly established between buyer and seller. MANGA only provides the platform and payment processing services and does not participate or become a party to the contract.

29-6. Payment Notification and Settlement
After a buyer completes payment, you will receive a payment confirmation notification. We will initiate the settlement process and transfer funds to the financial account you provided (as defined in the later “Seller Registration” terms). You can check the payment and settlement status of each transaction via the “Payment” tab in the seller dashboard.

29-7. If a payment error occurs or you receive funds not rightfully yours, we reserve the right to recover the amount.

30-1. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
If the buyer is entitled to a refund based on your agreement or MANGA’s return policy, you authorize MANGA or its payment service providers to issue refunds to the buyer on your behalf.

30-2. Dispute Handling
Buyers or their financial institutions may dispute payments (e.g., refund requests, chargebacks, PayPal Buyer Protection). We will:
Notify you of the dispute and provide options to accept or contest it;
If you choose to contest, you must provide relevant evidence timely;
If you fail to provide evidence, or the financial institution rules in favor of the buyer, we will cover the refund and retain the right to recover the amount from you, unless you qualify for the Seller Protection Program;
If the dispute proceeds to arbitration, you agree to authorize MANGA to represent you and bear agreed arbitration costs.

30-3. Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify MANGA and its service providers for all damages and costs (including fines, penalties, and reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

30-4. Violation of these payment terms or platform policies;
Violation of applicable laws;
Claims or disputes arising from listing prohibited or misrepresented products.

30-5. Fund Freezing
For risk management and compliance, MANGA may temporarily freeze your account funds in situations including but not limited to:

• Failed identity verification;
• Suspicious transactions or frequent disputes;
• Legal requirements to retain funds (e.g., taxes, fraud prevention).
• Freeze status will be visible in the seller dashboard and communicated via message center or email. We may request additional information to assist in unfreezing funds. After account closure, MANGA may retain part of the funds up to 180 days as escrow for refunds and dispute risks and return them after legal settlement.

30-6. Delays and Force Majeure
MANGA is not liable for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by unforeseen events (e.g., system failures, financial institution delays) but will endeavor to assist.

30-7. Signature Authorization
To the extent permitted by applicable law, your acceptance of these payment terms constitutes authorization for MANGA to use this acceptance as an electronic signature where required to comply with laws (e.g., anti-money laundering regulations).

31-1. Points Management and Validity Period
MANGA will properly record each member’s accumulated, used, and remaining points.
Points have a specified validity period clearly indicated on the voucher, calculated from the date of acquisition. Points not used before expiration will automatically become invalid without further notice.

31-2. Points Dispute Handling
If a member has any dispute regarding points acquisition, usage, or balance, they must promptly raise the issue with an explanation. MANGA holds the final decision authority on points adjustments and handling, and members must comply with that decision.

31-3. Points Non-Transferability
Points accumulated in each account are for personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, combined, or shared with other accounts.

31-4. Points Cancellation Conditions
MANGA reserves the right to cancel member points without compensation under the following circumstances:

• Any unlawful or fraudulent conduct by the member;
• Violation of these Terms of Use or other regulations established by MANGA;
• Other situations where MANGA reasonably determines points cancellation is necessary.
• MANGA assumes no liability or compensation obligations regarding points cancellation or expiration issues.

31-5. Members may use points to pay for all or part of product costs, international shipping fees, service fees, and optional service fee. Exchange rates are determined by MANGA and subject to change. MANGA reserves the right to restrict which products and services accept points.

31-6. Cancelled Transactions
If a transaction using points is cancelled, points will be refunded to your account. No cash refunds for point payments.

31-7. Overpayments
Any refunds from point payments will be credited as points only. Points cannot be converted to cash.

M Dollar is a virtual rewards program offered by Manga Shopping to thank members for their patronage. Members earn M Dollars through purchases and platform participation and may redeem them for discounts.

• M Dollars are a virtual currency redeemable exclusively within the Manga Shopping platform.
• M Dollars are subject to expiration.
• M Dollars are non-transferable, non-saleable, and non-refundable for cash value.
• M Dollar balances are displayed in member accounts and updated in real-time.

Automatic enrollment upon successful account registration — no extra fee.

• Members are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality.
• All transactions conducted through the member's account are the responsibility of the member.
• Members must provide accurate and complete personal information and update it proactively.

Manga Shopping reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for suspected fraud or policy violations.

Members can earn M Dollars by participating in Manga Shopping on-site campaigns and official community activities, with specific earning methods and amounts described in each campaign announcement.

• 1 M Dollar = US$1.00 credit toward purchases on the platform.
• M Dollars can be applied to cover up to 100% of an item's payment.
• Note: The minimum payable amount per item after redemption must be at least US$1.00 to process card payments.

• M Dollars can be used on the Manga Shopping platform. You can use them to pay for purchases on Mercari, Yahoo Shopping, and Rakuten. (additional platforms coming soon).
• Redeemed M Dollars are deducted immediately and cannot be reversed.
• Redeemed M Dollars cannot be exchanged or withdrawn as cash.

If an order cancellation or product return is successful, the M Dollars earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted from the member’s account. If the member’s M Dollar balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, the balance may become negative.

• Manga Shopping reserves the right to deduct or forfeit all member M Dollars if fraud, arbitrage, bulk order manipulation, or policy violations are detected.
• Associated accounts may be frozen or terminated simultaneously.

In the event of an order cancellation or product return, any M Dollars used for that order will be refunded and credited back to the member's account.

• All M Dollars have an expiration date, which members can check on the M Dollar page in their user account.
• M Dollars not used within the expiration period will automatically expire on the expiration date.
• Expired M Dollars cannot be recovered, extended, or transferred to another account.
• When using M Dollars for redemption, the system will automatically deduct M Dollars with the earliest expiration date first.

• Members are responsible for protecting their account information and must not share it with third parties.
• Members should regularly review their M Dollar balances and transaction history.
• Members must immediately contact Customer Service upon discovering unauthorized activity.

• Personal information related to M Dollars is stored and used in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy.
• Members consent to platform analysis of M Dollar usage behavior for service improvement (de-identified).

• Manga Shopping assumes no responsibility for account theft or M Dollar loss resulting from member negligence.
• Manga Shopping will promptly address temporary M Dollar display anomalies caused by network or system issues.

• Members must submit M Dollar-related disputes (calculation, deduction, expiration) within 30 days of the event.
• Disputes must include a detailed explanation and relevant transaction records.
• Manga Shopping will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

• Manga Shopping's determination based on transaction records and system logs is conclusive.
• Manga Shopping reserves the right to adjust M Dollars pursuant to these Terms.
• Members may pursue remedies through legal channels in accordance with applicable law.

• Manga Shopping reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification 30 days in advance.
• Continued use of the M Dollars program constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.

• Manga Shopping may terminate the M Dollar program at any time.
• Members will receive at least 30 days' notice prior to termination.
• Members may redeem remaining M Dollars during the notice period.
• Unredeemed M Dollars expire automatically after the notice period.

• These Terms, together with the platform's Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement.
• In case of conflict, these Terms prevail.

• The platform assumes no responsibility for M Dollar loss or anomalies caused by third-party system failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.
• Members assume full responsibility for consequences resulting from M Dollar misuse.
